Frank weakens, but expected to reintesify

Tropical Storm Frank has weakened today down to 50 mph. However, re-intensification is expected. It could become a hurricane by Wednesday.

    Read the NHC discssions. It is forcasted to enter a more conductive enviorment. You just hate the EPAC- I know it
